Mr. Asha Ram serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director across several entities within the Group. With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, he joined the organization in 1995 and has since played a pivotal role in developing infrastructure and establishing units in textiles, oil extraction, rice processing, and flour production. He also supervises the Group’s grain operations. Additionally, Mr. Ram supports Mr. Deoo Mal in expanding the business into new sectors.

DR. TARA CHAND ESSARANI is a medical doctor by profession. He joined the Group in 2005 and since then he has been imparting his skills and expertise in various departments and areas of the Group and proved to be an essential asset for the Group. Due to his varius achievemnets the board nominated him as Chief Executive of the SASM in 2014. Currently, he is looking after the overall affairs and operations of the SASM and UEIL.

Mr. Jugdesh Kumar is a Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Packaging (Pvt) Limited. He is also the Major Sponsor and Director of the Agro Trade (Pvt.) Limited , where he has been a key figure in managing the Group’s Coal Trading Business. As CEO of Synergy Packaging, Mr. Kumar is at the helm of the company’s operations, specializing in the manufacturing of PET bottles for the pharmaceutical sector and drums for the lubricant and chemical industries. MR. MAHESH KUMAR is an Executive Director of the Group and hold the key responsibility of managing sales, banking & finance department. He is a graduate and has been a member of the Board since 2005. His proficiency and skills in Sales & Marketing accelerated the Group to develop and maintain the distribution network. Moreover, his negotiation skills and fruitful relationship with the banks facilitated the financial requirements of the Group.
